Chick-Fil-A night and Camping!!!!

So last night was Chick-Fil-A night for the girl's school. A proceed of the profits from 5-8pm were given back to our school! The Chick-Fil-A chicken was at school greeting everyone as they walked into class from carpool so when the kids got out of school yesterday, they informed me that we HAD to go to Chick-Fil-A for supper! We got home and packed all of Brooke's things up for camp, (she left for 4-H camp this AM) and then after homework, we headed to the Galleria for dinner. The only Chick-Fil-A that was doing it was at the mall and I know now it was so we could use the food court. There were ALOT of familes and we would have given a plain stand alone rest. a run for its money! ;0) I got to meet some new moms and even see some ones I already knew so it was nice! The girls both found friends to eat dinner and while Brooke ate at a table to herself with her friends, Emma's friends sat with us. After dinner, the girls and thier friends rode the carousel in the middle of the food court. Then it was time to say goodbye and come home to get ready for bed! here are some pics from last night.




This morning, my oldest baby left for 4-H camp. This is our 3rd camp this year so we were ready to go with some of the things she needed still left over from last camp. :) She will be back on Friday and I can't wait to hear what all she got to see and do. This morning it is raining heavily here in the city and I am praying that God covers those school buses with a blanket of protection. We say a prayer every morning before the girls go to school, standing in a circle in our kitchen, its just kinda been like that since both girls started going to school, so this morning, we had prayer then and another once we got to school! You can never have enough protection, huh?? Please say a prayer for Brooke and all the other kids that they have a safe ride to and from camp and nothing that a band-aid can't fix during thier stay! :)
